There are several ways you can find information about child support services and your case.
Visit the website to find information about child support services and policies. The website also provides forms related to child support. Visit www.mass.gov/css
Use the Case Manager website to view information about your case such as payment history or the amount of owed arrears. You can also update your address, enroll in direct deposit, and provide missing case information, and request documents.
Visit www.mass.gov/css  and click Case Manager.
The IVR is an automated telephone system that is available 24/7. The IVR provides general information about our services and policies, and updates on your case including recent payments. You can also update your address.

To use the IVR, call  1-(800) 332-2733  (617-660-1234 for local callers). Then follow the prompts. To access your case information, you need to enter your DOR Participant Identification Number (PIN) and Access Code. You can also call the IVR using Skype or other VoIP applications.
